“Architects Don’t Think: The Role of Thinking in Architectural Process”
Working as a bridge between the University of Salford and John McCall Architects, Paul Coates is responsible for constructive knowledge transfer between both parties. Paul’s specific focus is on Lean Process and BIM implementation. With over 20 years professional experience working in the UK and HK, Paul has worked for central government, local government, private practice and contractors. In 1992 and 1993 Paul gained an MSc in Computer Aided Design and an MSc in Project Management. These two areas of study have resulted in an enthusiasm for facilitating the architectural process to meet the needs of today and tomorrow.
