Jennifer Carrel helps companies achieve their strategic goals by helping them implement new programs and manage change. She transforms culture by helping individuals move from where they are to where their company needs them to be. Before transitioning into consulting she built, ground-up, the internal communications, education and award winning knowledge management (KM) programs for Perkins Eastman, the largest architecture and planning firm headquartered in New York City. During her tenure at Perkins Eastman she also helped improve the strategic planning process, and implemented process improvement measures across all divisions and departments. Carrel earned her MBA and Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Her BA is in Political Philosophy and Art History from Earlham College.
