Founder and Principal of The Knowledge Environment, LLC, Pamela has spent 25 years helping AEC firms throughout the United States and 11 foreign countries improve their organizational performance through powerful staff development.
Her focus is creating learning systems that produce measurable results for the organization. She emphasizes high-impact, lower cost approaches to staff development that support achievement of the firm’s strategic objectives. In addition to traditional technical skills training; certification and licensure preparation programs; and management, supervision and leadership development systems, Pamela has helped firms institute creative learning methods including Communities of Practice, Faculty in Residence, peer coaching, in-project learning and on-demand learning delivery systems.
