John S. Pocorobba is the VP Operations and resides on the EYP Board of Directors. He is a licensed architect and is responsible for the overall firm’s operations, including project profitability, developing project delivery systems and growing EYP’s professional staff. Over 22 years, he has focused his career on business and practice management, high performing teams and development of design professionals. In addition, he is an Adjunct Faculty member at Rensselaer teaching Professional Practice. John speaks and writes frequently including organizations such as the AIA NY State, AIA Minnesota, Build Boston Conferences, SCUP, ZweigWhite Technology Conferences.
